Christ Worshipped what Day ??
If we are to live and worship as Christ did we have to answer this question. The
answer is in Luke 4:16 16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read. Mark 1:21 Mark 2:23-28
With just these bible verses we can believe that Jesus Christ worshipped did good works and rested on the Sabbath day. There is so much connected to the Sabbath and the keeping of it that is misconstrued or considered legalism. So we look at what Jesus said. John 14:15 If ye love Me, keep my commandments. Exodus 20:8-11 This commandment starts with remember, must be because He knew we would forget.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
